We are able to identify land with the natural beauty that lends itself to golf course and estate development. We started with the co-development of Simola Golf & Country Estate, which was a personal dream and goal for Robbie Marshall and followed up with our second successful golf estate development project at St Francis Links.
St Francis Links has won the “Best New Course 2007” award from Golf Digest and is the best example of a Links Course in Southern Africa. Our latest project is Jubilee Lakes Estate – a development that will offer homeowners the opportunity to experience farm style living with all the amenities that urban living provides. In 2008 Golf Data also entered the development consortium at Meletse, set to be one of the most unique golf estates in the world where golf and a Big Five Game reserve will be integrated on a 16 000 hectare, malaria free property in the Waterberg.
